COSCO Shipping Lines (Greece) S.A. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service, Air Freight and Ship Spares Operation Officer (m/f/d) to join our team.

Your tasks as an Air Freight and Ship Spares Operation Officer (m/f/d):

  • Handling and operating Air, Road & Sea bookings (Import/Export/Cross & On Board Delivery mainly for Ships Spares)
  • Communicate with clients regarding cargo status, documentation and clearance procedures
  • Monitor bookings all the way from departure to arrival and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare related booking reports
  • Handle vendors' invoicing checking, invoice issuance and cost control related to all shipments

Key Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Shipping, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the Freight Forwarding, Logistics Industry
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools and systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-driven with a collaborative mindset and a team-oriented approach
