Account Manager (Digital Projects / Influencer Management)

Αναζητούμε έναν Account Manager με πάθος για το digital περιεχόμενο και τις σύγχρονες πλατφόρμες (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), που θα συμβάλει ενεργά στην οργάνωση και τον συντονισμό των παραγωγών και συνεργασιών της WFT.

Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα έχει επαφή με το digital οικοσύστημα, ικανότητες συντονισμού και οργανωτική σκέψη, αναλαμβάνοντας να διασφαλίσει ότι κάθε project εξελίσσεται ομαλά και αποτελεσματικά. Ο Account Manager για εμάς είναι ο άνθρωπος που φροντίζει κάθε λεπτομέρεια της "παραγωγής" να λειτουργεί σωστά και στην ώρα της.

Καθήκοντα & Αρμοδιότητες

  • Διαχείριση εξωτερικού προσωπικού / συνεργατών (influencers, creators κ.λπ.)
  • Οργάνωση των ημερών γυρισμάτων (συντονισμός αφίξεων, εξοπλισμού, logistics)
  • Διασφάλιση ότι οι συνεργάτες έχουν λάβει και μελετήσει τα απαραίτητα υλικά πριν το γύρισμα
  • Έλεγχος αν έχουν πραγματοποιηθεί τα stories / posts που προβλέπονται από τη σύμβαση
  • Μέριμνα για τις πρακτικές ανάγκες της ομάδας και της παραγωγής κατά τη διάρκεια των projects
  • Κλείσιμο χώρων για εξωτερικά γυρίσματα και επικοινωνία με τον υπεύθυνο παραγωγής
  • Καθημερινή παρακολούθηση προόδου και επίλυση μικροζητημάτων
  • Δημιουργία και αποστολή απλών reports απόδοσης (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok κ.λπ.)
  • Συνεργασία με την υπόλοιπη ομάδα για βελτιστοποίηση της οργάνωσης και του flow των projects

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε θέση Account / Project / Production Coordinator ή παρόμοια
  • Καλή γνώση και εξοικείωση με digital πλατφόρμες (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Επικοινωνιακή ικανότητα και θετική προσέγγιση σε απαιτητικές καταστάσεις
  • Βασική εμπειρία σε αναλύσεις ή reporting (Excel, Google Sheets, Social metrics)
  • Ικανότητα multitasking και αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης χρόνου

Επιθυμητά

  • Εμπειρία σε agency ή περιβάλλον παραγωγής digital περιεχομένου
  • Καλή αίσθηση του χρόνου και ικανότητα να "τρέχει" πολλά projects ταυτόχρονα
  • Δημιουργικότητα και διάθεση για συνεχή βελτίωση
