Company Description

EOS Capital Partners, a leading Greek private equity firm is looking for an Investment Manager to join its team. EOS manages two generalist Funds with AUMs of c. €400 million specializing in growth funding of SMEs and Small-Mid Caps.

EOS has been established since 2017 and has made a series of very successful investments in Greece across a range of sectors.

Role Description

  • Research and analysis on global investment themes and mega-trends and application of such analysis to specific investment cases.
  • Research and analysis on private companies by sector and by geography; the analysis should include all market participants, growth drivers, market developments and any structural issues.
  • Work closely with the Partners in anticipation of pipeline calls (analysis, market research, etc.).
  • Participation in the due diligence process (primarily financial and tax - to the extent possible technical and operational).
  • Financial analysis - Construction of 3-Statement models (including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow).
  • Business plan development and assessment.
  • Transaction documentation review and handling.
  • Valuation and financial models (DCF, Trading multiples, Precedent Transactions, SOTP, LBO models etc.).
  • Monitor portfolio companies' performance and assist in their business development.
  • Preparation of marketing materials for the Funds and/or the portfolio companies, including teasers, presentations and information memoranda.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of prior relevant working experience (investments, consulting, M&A, corporate finance etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance from a top-tier university (post graduate studies will be considered a strong asset).
  • Excellent financial analytical skills (Excel) and presentation skills (Powerpoint); keen on financial modelling.
  • Experience and training on valuation models / credit and financial analysis of listed/non-listed entities.
  • A professional qualification including ACA / ACCA / CFA qualification (or equivalent) is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and Greek.
  • Strong organizational, planning and quantitative skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines
