Sales Engineer
based in
Athens

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with defined customers in Greece.
  • Drive a robust sales pipeline and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new business using Grundfos products and services.
  • Execute tactical sales plans aligned with overall strategy and support budget planning.
  • Use SAP BW data for business analysis and forecasting.
  • Advise customers, consultants, dealers, and contractors on products, applications, and services.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to counter competitor strategies.
  • Deliver specialized product and application training to customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in the global CRM system and ensure customer master data is up to date.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the pump or water solutions industry.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
