Role Summary: 

As a Marketing and Sales Specialist, you will work closely with clients to discover sales opportunities and develop customized marketing strategies. You will manage a portfolio of small business clients, offering tailored recommendations based on their unique needs. Your focus will be on improving client experiences, supporting both pre-and post-sales efforts, and sharing success stories that highlight our impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new and existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via phone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and provide personalized solutions
  • Use a consultative sales approach to help clients meet their objectives
  • Manage a portfolio of small business clients to drive revenue growth
  • Prioritize outreach based on the unique needs of each client
  • Research markets, industries, and business models to gain valuable insights
  • Leverage local business knowledge to create tailored advertising solutions
  • Offer personalized recommendations to meet client needs
  • Improve client experiences by promoting effective product use and performance evaluation
  • Become an expert in client advertising solutions and their impact
  • Stay committed to continuous learning to enhance advertising products and customer experiences
  • Provide pre-and post-sales support in your area of expertise
  • Identify trends, resolve issues, and offer valuable product feedback
  • Share success stories of clients who've grown using our products
  • Utilize various tools to communicate and drive client success

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Greek (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • At least one year of experience in sales or marketing
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising
  • Eager to learn and grow within the industry
