Η εταιρεία Smith+Nephew δραστηριοποιείται στο χώρο της υγείας από το 1856 και πλέον κατέχει παγκόσμια ηγετική θέση σε βασικούς τομείς στο χώρο της υγείας. Από το 2025 η Smith+Nephew εγκαταστάθηκε στην Ελλάδα και η Μέντιπλατ έχει αναλάβει για εκείνη την ασφαλή αποθήκευση, διανομή και διάθεση των προϊόντων της. Τα καινοτόμα προϊόντα και η συνεχής εξέλιξη τους ανταποκρίνονται πλήρως στις απαιτήσεις της σύγχρονης Ιατρικής Μέριμνας οι οποίες συνδυάζουν γρήγορες και αποτελεσματικές θεραπείες με απώτερο στόχο την ταχεία αποκατάσταση της υγείας των ασθενών.

Δίνουμε ιδιαίτερη προσοχή στην ποιότητα και στην αριστεία των εργασιών μας και εφαρμόζουμε αξιόπιστες διαδικασίες και μεθοδολογίες. Οι υψηλού επιπέδου υπηρεσίες μας πιστοποιούνται κατά το Διεθνές Πρότυπο ISO 9001:2015 για Εμπορία Ιατροτεχνολογικών Προϊόντων, Εισαγωγή, Αποθήκευση, Διάθεση και Διανομή Ανθρώπινων ξηρών οστικών μοσχευμάτων ενώ οι Αρχές και οι Κατευθυντήριες Γραμμές για την Ορθή Πρακτική Διανομής Ιατροτεχνολογικών Προϊόντων εφαρμόζονται σύμφωνα με την Υπουργική Απόφαση ΔΥ8δ/Γ.Π. οικ./1348/2004.

Αρμοδιότητες υποψηφίου:

  • Συγκέντρωση, προετοιμασία και υποβολή φακέλων συμμετοχής σε διαγωνισμούς του Δημοσίου και ιδιωτικού τομέα (μέσω ΕΣΗΔΗΣ και λοιπών πλατφορμών).
  • Παρακολούθηση προκηρύξεων και διαγωνιστικών διαδικασιών, καθώς και των σχετικών προθεσμιών.
  • Επικοινωνία με δημόσιους φορείς και προμηθευτές για διευκρινίσεις ή συμπληρωματικά στοιχεία.
  • Σύνταξη και τήρηση αρχείων προσφορών, συμβάσεων και φακέλων διαγωνισμών.
  • Υποστήριξη στη διαχείριση και συντήρηση συστημάτων ποιότητας ISO (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 κ.ά.).
  • Παρακολούθηση ημερομηνιών ανανέωσης, επιθεωρήσεων και πιστοποιήσεων ISO.
  • Συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς συμβούλους ή φορείς πιστοποίησης.
  • Συμμετοχή στη βελτίωση εσωτερικών διαδικασιών σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα ISO.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα υποψηφίου:

  • Πτυχίο Οικονομικών, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Μηχανικού ή συναφούς αντικειμένου.
  • Τουλάχιστον 1–2 έτη εμπειρίας σε διαδικασίες διαγωνισμών (tenders) ή σε ISO management systems.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση του ΕΣΗΔΗΣ και κατανόηση των διαδικασιών δημοσίων συμβάσεων.
  • Εμπειρία στη σύνταξη, ταξινόμηση και παρακολούθηση εγγράφων.
  • Άριστη χρήση Η/Υ (MS Office, Internet) και πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.
  • Οργανωτικότητα, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και συνέπεια.
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και με αυστηρές προθεσμίες.
