Senior Accountant

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Παρακολούθηση και εκτέλεση πληρωμών (εσωτερικών & εξωτερικών συνεργατών, brokers)
  • Έκδοση και καταχώρηση τιμολογίων
  • Καταγραφή εσόδων – εξόδων στο λογιστικό σύστημα
  • Συμφωνία τιμολογίων και παρακολούθηση υπολοίπων
  • Διαχείριση βιβλίου παγίων και χρεώσεων συνεργατών
  • Άνοιγμα και παρακολούθηση φακέλων οχημάτων
  • Τήρηση ψηφιακού πελατολογίου και υποστήριξη εσωτερικών διαδικασιών

Τι αναζητούμε:

  • 1 έως 3 χρόνια προϋπηρεσίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Εξαιρετική γνώση Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, σύνθετο reporting)
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά)
  • Εμπειρία με ERP ή λογιστικά συστήματα – ιδανικά γνώση του Wheelsys
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης δεδομένων και κατανόησης εσωτερικών διαδικασιών
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και οργανωτική ικανότητα
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, υπευθυνότητα και διάθεση για εξέλιξη
