Accountabilities:
  • Drive the expansion of the AIS station owner community by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new members.
  • Oversee coverage gaps, assess incoming applications, and collaborate with support teams to ensure full station activation.
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns to support network growth and ongoing engagement.
  • Create relevant community-facing content such as blog posts, newsletters, and campaign materials.
  • Manage logistics, including equipment coordination, invoice processing, and reporting on network metrics.
  • Deliver first-level technical support to contributors and suggest process optimizations to enhance community operations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Community Management, Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a global community.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with online communities, CRM tools, or platforms such as Atlassian and Intercom (preferred).
  • Interest or background in the maritime industry or AIS technology is highly beneficial.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and interpersonal skills and an eye for scalable growth opportunities.
