Experienced Ad Sales Specialist with Italian language in Athens

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.

About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Ad Sales Specialist with Italian language skills to join our client's international digital marketing team in Greece. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading global brands, helping them maximize their advertising impact through innovative solutions and data-driven campaign optimization.

Your responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with advertisers and agencies across the Italian market.
• Drive revenue growth by converting warm leads and managing proactive outreach.
• Spot sales opportunities and deliver tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Optimize clients' marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and business impact.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and act fast to boost results.
• Collaborate with experts to ensure every client gets the best ad experience.
• Be a trusted advisor—help clients get the most from their advertising tools.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Minimum C1 level of the Italian language
• Fluent English language (minimum B2)
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally in digital or media.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and goal-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable in meeting targets.
• Fast learner with a strong team-player attitude.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and tech platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.

What you will gain:

• Base salary: €1,150 gross/month
• Monthly project bonus: €150
• Monthly performance bonus: up to €250
