About the Role

We are seeking a
Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

with 3–5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions. You will work with a modern data stack including Power BI, Airflow, AWS, and integrate data from multiple sources (including APIs) to deliver insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Technical, Business, and Customer Success teams to understand needs and translate them into BI solutions
  • Design and optimize Power BI data models, with strong understanding of relationships, star schemas, and normalization
  • Develop and implement ETL processes, ensuring accurate and timely data integration based on business requirements
  • Connect to and ingest data from multiple internal/external sources
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and custom reports, with a focus on supporting Customer Success operations
  • Write complex, efficient SQL queries for reporting and data transformation

Requirements

Knowledge of the following is essential:

  • B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science/engineering
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in BI development or data analytics
  • Strong Power BI skills, including DAX, RLS, data modeling, and interactive visual design
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in Athena/Presto/PostgreSQL
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for orchestrating ETL workflows
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services (S3, Athena, RDS)
  • Experience working with and integrating APIs and various data formats
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

Desired Skills

Knowledge of the following will be an advantage:

  • Microsoft PL-300 certification (Power BI Data Analyst Associate)
  • Scripting experience in Python
  • Knowledge of version control using Git
  • Understanding of modern data warehousing and ELT architectures
