• Managing reservations through specialized platforms (e.g., Amadeus or similar systems)


• Providing customer service in person and over the phone, offering information about routes, prices, and travel options


• Supporting the company's general and operational tasks (details to be discussed during the interview)


• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the office

Required Qualifications


• At least 3 years of experience in airline ticket sales or a travel agency


• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)


• Strong computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems


• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor

Desired Qualifications


• Knowledge of a second foreign language


• Flexibility with working hours (airport-based work)
