Job Posting: Customer Support (German), Greece

Would you like to be part of a dynamic team and work in a growing company? 

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who speak fluent German to strengthen our customer service team. Whether you want to work in Athens or remotely from any location in Greece, we have opportunities for you

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handling customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Resolving technical issues and providing appropriate solutions to customers.
  • Recording and tracking customer data and interactions in the system.

Requirements:

  • C1 or C2 German language skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends if necessary.
