The Role.

We are looking for a 
Creative Motion Designer

(Mid-Level or talented Junior) to join our creative team. We need a visual storyteller who understands that motion is more than just keyframes, it's about emotion, timing, and innovation. You will blend traditional design principles with the latest AI generation tools to create standout content for social and digital media.

What you'll do.

  • Motion Graphics:

Design and animate high-quality 2D/3D assets for social media, paid ads, and web usage using Adobe After Effects.
- AI Integration:

Utilize next-gen AI video and image tools (Runway Gen-2, Kling, Google Veo) to generate footage, extend backgrounds, and create unique assets that push creative boundaries.
- Video Editing:

Edit fast-paced cuts for TikTok/Reels and longer-form brand videos (Adobe Premiere).
- Static Design:

Adapt key visuals into motion assets, ensuring typography and branding remain consistent (Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Concepting:

Collaborate with Art Directors and Copywriters to brainstorm ideas that work specifically for motion.

Requirements

What we're looking for.

  • Experience:

1–3 years in Motion Design (Agency experience or strong freelance portfolio).
- The Stack:

Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- AI Fluency:

We use AI daily. You should be familiar with (or eager to master) tools like 
Runway, Kling, or Midjourney

for asset generation.
- Design Eye:

A strong sense of typography, composition, color, and rhythm. You understand "easing" and timing intuitively.
- Portfolio:

A showreel or portfolio is required. We want to see how you think in motion.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender.
  • Experience with Sound Design/Audio Mixing.
  • Color Grading skills (Davinci or Premiere/Lightroom).
