We create ideas that engage, mobilize and inspire: using empathy as a communication strategy to build campaigns that connect and deliver real impact.

We're looking for a Motion Graphic Designer with strong videography skills to join our creative team, someone who can both design motion and capture compelling video content.

What You'll Do


• Contribute
to the creation and execution of 360° campaigns


• Shoot
video content for campaigns, social media, branded content, and digital formats


• Collaborate
with the creative team on visual direction, framing, and mood during shoots


• Edit
video footage and enhance it with dynamic motion graphics, effects, and compositing


• Design
motion graphics that seamlessly integrate with filmed content


• Create
animated infographics and kinetic typography


• Produce
animated videos from scratch, bringing illustrations and concepts to life


• Help
shape a cinematic visual style across projects

What We're Looking For


• 2+ years of experience in motion design and video production


• Strong understanding of videography, composition, lighting, and camera movement


• Ability to shoot video with a cinematic eye and storytelling mindset


• Solid background in motion graphics & animation


• A portfolio that includes both video projects you've shot and motion design work


• Excellent knowledge of Adobe After Effects &
Adobe Creative Suite


• Editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve


• Ability to move comfortably between set and screen - from camera to timeline
