Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with the full spectrum of regulatory obligations applicable to investment firms, including MiFID II, AML, PRIIPs, EMIR, FATCA, GDPR, and DORA.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal policies, risk controls, and compliance procedures.
  • Oversee all regulatory reporting requirements and maintain effective communication with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC) and other authorities.
  • Support client onboarding and KYC/AML due diligence processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct periodic compliance reviews, manage audits, and coordinate remedial actions.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and proactively adjust the firm's policies and practices.
  • Foster a strong culture of compliance and ethical conduct across the organization.

Qualifications

  • High ethical standards, independence, and organizational skills.
  • University degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a compliance role within financial or investment services.
  • Strong knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks and Greek capital markets regulation.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced IT literacy, particularly with MS Office and regulatory reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical ability, professional judgment, and attention to detail.
