IP Officer

Job DescriptionThe role will be responsible for handling and supporting internal IP processes as part of the IP team based in Marousi. The Intellectual Property Officer (IP Officer) reports directly to the IP Director.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and administration of the company's patent portfolio.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential patent risks and opportunities.
• Support the management of trademarks, including filing, renewal, and enforcement processes.
• Stay abreast of changes in intellectual property laws and regulations affecting the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ensure compliance with global intellectual property laws and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of intellectual property data.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Legal, R&D, and Regulatory teams to gather relevant information for patent evaluations.
• Contact third parties to assess on patents and/or patent applications

Minimum Requirements

• University Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or in a relevant scientific discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of German is an asset.
• Good use of Microsoft Office.
• Effective time management and strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
