Assistant Store Manager

Η εταιρία Bodytalk leading brand στην athleisure ένδυση με καταστήματα σε Ελλάδα και εξωτερικό με εγχώρια ξεχωριστή σχεδίαση και στόχους την διαρκή ανάπτυξη και εξωστρέφεια αναζητεί να προσλάβει άμεσα για το Κατάστημα της The Mall Athens στο Μαρούσι.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και παροχή ολοκληρωμένων λύσεων, προσαρμοσμένες στις ανάγκες του πελάτη.
  • Καθοδήγηση και εκπαίδευση των πωλητών
  • Οργάνωση και παρακίνηση ομάδων πωλήσεων
  • Δημιουργία σχέσης εμπιστοσύνης με τους πελάτες.
  • Εστίαση στη λειτουργικότητα και την ευταξία του χώρου εργασίας.
  • Παραλαβή, αναπλήρωση, τακτοποίηση και σωστή παρουσίαση των εμπορευμάτων.
  • Εφαρμογή Εταιρικών Πολιτικών.
  • Εστίαση στην επίτευξη των στόχων του καταστήματος εντός συγκεκριμένων χρονικών ορίων.
  • Brand Ambassador της Bodytalk.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Ελάχιστη προϋπηρεσία 3 ετών, απαραίτητη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση στον κλάδο της ένδυσης.
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γνώση δεύτερης γλώσσας θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν).
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ.
  • Γνώση ERP Entersoft θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν
  • Ευχέρεια στην επικοινωνία και στις διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις, θετικός χαρακτήρας με θέληση για προσφορά και γνώση.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα εργασίας.
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και ευελιξίας.
  • Δυνατότητα προσαρμογής σε ένα δυναμικό και απαιτητικό περιβάλλον εργασίας.
