The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Real Estate Consultant to join our team. This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for onboarding new property listings, managing property buyers and tenants, and facilitating real estate transactions. If you have a passion for real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset, this is the opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new property listings by engaging with property owners
Consult with buyers and tenants to understand their property needs and preferences
Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective clients
Negotiate terms and facilitate transactions between property owners and buyers/tenants
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication
Stay up to date with market trends and property values in the Athenian Riviera
Requirements
Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
Ability to manage multiple clients at the same time and transactions effectively
Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus)
The owner or holder of a means of transportation is required.
