Role Overview

The position requires strong expertise in handling real estate-related cases, often complex and time-sensitive, demanding coordination with multiple stakeholders (land registries, cadastral offices, notaries, engineers, accountants, public authorities, etc.).

You will manage cases independently from start to finish, requiring experience, speed, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Title deed verification (Land Registries & Cadastral Offices)

Coordination and collection of documentation

Filing applications with G.E.MI., Cadastral Offices, and other authorities

Drafting powers of attorney & private agreements (Greek & English)

Liaising with notaries, engineers, and accountants

Communication with Consulates/Embassies

Submission of residence permit and citizenship applications, as well as collection of permits from Aliens' Departments

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of professional legal experience

Excellent English (written & spoken) – daily communication with international clients

Experience in real estate transactions & civil law cases

Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines

Strong legal reasoning & critical thinking

Excellent IT & Microsoft Office skills

Valid driver's license (Category B)

Organizational skills, reliability & professionalism
