Hellenic Grounds is a boutique real estate agency specializing in premium and elite properties along the Athenian Riviera, from Palaio Faliro to Vouliagmeni, Athens Historical Center and Mykonos island. We focus on offering a highly personalized and professional experience to property owners, buyers, and tenants.

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Real Estate Consultant to join our team. This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for onboarding new property listings, managing property buyers and tenants, and facilitating real estate transactions. If you have a passion for real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset, this is the opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new property listings by engaging with property owners
  • Consult with buyers and tenants to understand their property needs and preferences
  • Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective clients
  • Negotiate terms and facilitate transactions between property owners and buyers/tenants
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication
  • Stay up to date with market trends and property values in the Athenian Riviera

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to manage multiple clients at the same time and transactions effectively
  • Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Owner or holder of a means of transportation is a must.
