The Copper and Alloys Extrusion Division of ElvalHalcor is searching for an Export Sales Specialist, with business acumen to join our dynamic Commercial Department at Oinofyta/Marousi.

Role Description

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare commercial proposals-offers to our customers
Follow up on Customers' Orders and Order Confirmations/Contracts and product deliveries to customers
Proactively seek for new Business Opportunities (new markets, new customers, new products, leads generation), market research and competition analysis
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints
Distribute product information to relevant departments and update the product database with technical and commercial specifications. Update salesforce with customer information and visit reports.
Create monthly sales &cost analysis reporting per customer, market, and product categories using the SAP system relevant modules
Negotiate contracts with customers
Attend trade exhibitions and conferences
Meet with clients virtually or in sales visits
Suggest improvements of internal processes &methods of work


Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering. Master's degree will be considered an asset.
3-5 years experience in industrial sales.
Fluency in English, both oral and written (second foreign language desired).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Dynamic, self-motivated and result oriented.
Proactive and with team spirit.
Able to plan, prioritize and solve problems
Willing to travel
