Software Development Team Leader

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Software Development Team Leader to join our dynamic team. You will work in a cross-functional software development environment, contributing with of high-impact project. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with the best breed technologies, ensuring top-tier performance and quality across all our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a software development team for project/product delivery
  • Lead High Level Solution Designs
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Frontend and Backend Components
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and standards
  • Mentor and support team members to develop their technical and problem-solving skills
  • Actively lead in project planning and task estimations
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones without compromising on quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile, Scrum, and Spotify model methodologies

Required Skills:

  • University-level degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in backend development
  • Solid knowledge in JEE and MVC Frameworks. Hands-on experience in Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Data Frameworks
  • Hands on experience with Relational Databases such as MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of PHP, Laravel, Symphony frameworks
  • Knowledge of Javascript, TypeScript
  • Knowledge in React or Angular Libraries.
  • Handy with build tools such as Gradle, Ant, Maven
  • Handy with testing tools and frameworks such as Jmeter, Selenium, Spock
