       Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in supply and demand planning, as well as inventory management, within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. detail-oriented expert with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines, effectively prioritizing to ensure timely and accurate delivery of results.
  • Fluency in professional English
  • Solid understanding of GMP/GDP guidelines and pharmaceutical operations.
      Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related certification.
  • Professional certification such as APICS/CPIM or equivalent.
  • Power BI familiarization

Adragos Athens (member of Adragos Pharma) is an innovative contract development company based in Europe. Our primary focus is to provide high-quality research for the development of generic and generic-plus products. Adragos Athens is seeking to hire a Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for overseeing supply chain operations ensuring efficient and effective planning.
This position requires expertise in planning, logistics and distribution coordinating with contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and cross-functional teams to maintain seamless supply chain operations. The role reports directly to the Head of Supply Chain & Project Management.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain supply plans consolidating input from Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
  • CMO monitoring for production schedules and prioritization for deliveries
  • Oversight of demand forecasting and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate documentation and traceability across materials and finished goods
  • Monitor inventory levels and suggest optimizations to prevent shortages and minimize working capital.
  • Identify potential supply risks and propose actionable mitigation and improvement plans based on budgeted targets
  • Cost efficiency scheduling for the existing portfolio and new SKUs
  • KPI reporting (inventory turnover, OTIF, backorders, forecast accuracy) including cost and volume variance analyses.
  • Responsible for supply performance reports on a monthly basis
  • Sustainability overview on annual basis
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure full compliance with GMP and GDP regulations and company policies.
