Planning & Logistics Officer

(Ref.: P&L/25)

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Preparing alternative production schedules and action plans to achieve the best possible production scenario to cut costs and keep production and packaging lines running smoothly.
  • Support manufacturing by creating production schedules that reconcile production capacity with demand, following the factory's master schedule.
  • Assist in implementing systematic solutions to control inventory flow, minimize shortages.
  • Facilitate the timely planning of deliveries.
  • Support the demand planning and forecasting process.
  • Monitor the supply and logistic activity using ERP Systems
  • Other projects, assignments, and duties as required.

The applicant should have:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply chain, Logistics or relevant field is required.
  • 1-3 years' work experience in a Pharma Company at a similar position
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent knowledge of English both written and oral
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks/projects, meeting deadlines.
