As a Customer Support / Technical Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for Portuguese OR Italian OR French speaker-speaking customers, providing them with outstanding service and technical assistance. Your expertise will help resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and offer timely solutions.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and manage support tickets effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve services and address feedback.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing development programs.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Portuguese OR Italian OR French speaker (C2 level) and English (B2-C1 level).
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields is preferred.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
