As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of trusted support for U.S.-based customers, ensuring every interaction is smooth and positive. Whether its resolving a concern, providing product information, or offering reassurance with a professional and warm attitude, you'll be the reason customers feel supported.
Your responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound calls from customers based in the U.S.
- Providing accurate, clear, and complete information using internal tools
- Ensuring efficient issue resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Occasionally, upselling relevant products or services

On-site in Athens
-
Shift: Overnight hours (between 2:00 PM -7:00 AM)

2 days off per week (rotational)

Fluent English (C2 level)

Immediate availability to start

EU nationality or a valid Greek residence permit (full work rights)

Previous experience in customer service (preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent

Comfort with computer systems and software tools

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Availability for regular overnight shifts

Base Salary: 1,200 gross/month (x14 months)

Meal Allowance: 50/month (meal voucher)
