We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and results-driven
Sales Representative
to join our
Commercial Team based in Thessaloniki
. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, effective communicator and confident in strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities & Duties

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular commercial contacts

· Promote CMA CGM Group services, including non-maritime products

· Identify and develop new market opportunities in line with the company's commercial strategy

· Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, including customer feedback

· Support the development of market share and revenue growth

· Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Booking and Customer Service

· Assist customers in using our online tool for rate management

· Monitor and follow up on quotations sent, those about to expire, or those not yet booked

· Support resolution of disputes and customer concerns

· Ensure all customer interactions comply with the Group's compliance policies

Requirements & Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field

· Up to 5 years of experience in a sales/commercial role, preferably in the shipping or logistics sector

· Fluent in Greek and English (written & spoken)

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills

· High attention to detail and ability to think both strategically and tactically

· Proactive team player with a solutions-oriented approach
