Ο επιθεωρητής πωλήσεων έχει την κύρια ευθύνη να μεγιστοποιεί τα οφέλη από την οικονομική απόδοση της περιοχής του. Η περιοχή ευθύνης του επιθεωρητή πωλήσεων θα περιλαμβάνει τη Στερεά Ελλάδα καθώς και την Αττική.

Κύρια Καθήκοντα

· Υλοποιεί την εμπορική πολιτική και τη στρατηγική των πωλήσεων σε συνεργασία με τον Περιφερειακό Διευθυντή

· Υλοποιεί το ετήσιο πλάνο κεντρικών συμφωνιών πωλήσεων ανά πελάτη / κατηγορία προϊόντος / περιοχή.

· Παρακολουθεί και υλοποιεί τα πλάνα ανάπτυξης και τον προϋπολογισμό διασφαλίζοντας την απόδοση της επένδυσης.

· Διοικεί την ομάδα του με στόχο τη συνεχή ανάπτυξη της αγοράς

· Μεριμνά για την ανάπτυξη – εκπαίδευση, στοχοθέτηση – αξιολόγηση των πωλητών

· Παρακολουθεί τις εξελίξεις της αγοράς, τις ενέργειες του ανταγωνισμού, τα παράπονα των πελατών, προτείνοντας λύσεις αλλά και νέες ιδέες με σκοπό την βελτιστοποίηση των αποτελεσμάτων.

· Διατηρεί άριστες σχέσεις τόσο με τους πελάτες όσο και τους συνεργάτες χτίζοντας βάσεις αμοιβαίας εμπιστοσύνης.

· Ισχυρή επικοινωνιακή και διαπραγματευτική ικανότητα

· Αναλυτική σκέψη και ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής αντιμετώπισης προβλημάτων

· Ευελιξία και ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση.

· Θέληση για συνεχή μάθηση και ανάπτυξη

Γνωσιολογικό / Εμπειρία / Δεξιότητες

· Απαραίτητα πτυχίο ΑΕΙ

· Απαραίτητα 5 έτη Προϋπηρεσία σε εταιρεία τροφίμων, τα τελευταία 3 σε υπεύθυνη θέση διαχείρισης πωλητών

· Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στη διαχείριση μεγάλων λογαριασμών Super Markets, δικτύου διανομών και χονδρεμπορίου

· Ευχέρεια γρήγορης κατανόησης αριθμητικών παραστάσεων, πινάκων και γρήγορων υπολογισμών.

· Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών.

· Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ (κυρίως Excel & Power Point).
