Lead Manager – Cosmetic Derma Medicine

Lead Manager
to join its Client Development & Management department.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all inbound leads from every source (phone, website, social media, community).
  • Contact potential clients, provide information about services, and schedule appointments at the respective clinic.
  • Maintain continuous communication and collaboration with the Marketing, Sales, and Call Center teams.
  • Keep the CRM fully updated with client and appointment data.
  • Monitor each lead's journey from first contact through service completion.
  • Generate reports and analyze KPIs (conversion rates, pipeline progress) to improve sales performance.
  • Manage communication via live chat, emails, and social media inboxes, ensuring timely responses.
  • Prioritize leads based on conversion likelihood (e.g., hot vs cold leads).
  • Collect and document client feedback, sharing insights with marketing & sales teams.

  • Track appointment cancellations/no-shows and implement strategies to reduce them

  • Support the sales team with relevant information or materials to increase conversion.

  • Participate in weekly reporting and strategy alignment meetings.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and adherence to data protection policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with clinic services and procedures to provide accurate information to leads.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience at every stage.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role (Lead Manager, Sales Support, Call Center Supervisor, or Customer Service).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and deadline orientation.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and computer literacy (Excel, Google Sheets, reporting tools).
  • Very good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare/aesthetics or in a highly commercial service sector.
  • Solid understanding of the digital marketing funnel and social media channels.
  • Data analysis skills and team coaching/leadership ability.
