ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is seeking dynamic and multilingual professionals to join his team as Customer Service Advisors. If you are fluent in Italian, German, or French and wish to work in an international environment, then you could be the next member of his team

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Working Model: Onsite

You will be reporting to Customer Service Supervisor

What you will do:

As an Italian, German and French Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.

 More specifically:

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution.

 What we are looking for:

  •   Fluency in Italian, or German, or French language (written and spoken)
  • Proficient English Skills (Oral and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an asset
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Tech savvy/ Computer literacy
  • Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative
