Responsibilities:

  • Supervises and ensures the proper maintenance and electronic recording of employees' medical records in the "HIPPOCRATES" information system
  • Coordinates collaboration with Occupational Physicians for the planning and organization of preventive medical checks, in consultation with the Permanent Health Information Data and Statistical Analysis Team, contributing to the strategic planning of prevention and health promotion actions
  • Manages and maintains the confidential archive of individual medical records
  • Monitors and approves the procedures for the procurement, inspection and renewal of medical and pharmaceutical equipment and First Aid materials of the Corporate Center and the company's Service Units, as well as the equipment of the Ambulance Vehicles of the Regional First Aid Stations
  • Plans, organizes and evaluates First Aid training programs, enhancing employee readiness and safety
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets statistical data from medical examinations and coordinates the management process of sick leave records from the Decentralized Offices of the Occupational Health & Safety Department
  • Supports the offices of Occupational Physicians and contributes to their smooth operation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a University or Technological Educational Institute in Health Visiting
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in managing and supervising occupational health matters and/or maintaining medical records and/or coordinating preventive health checks and/or organizing First Aid activities in large-scale organizations
  • Experience in large organizations will be considered an additional qualification
  • Professional practice license
  • Certification in First Aid provision
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
  • Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
