Are you a seasoned digital design professional seeking an impactful role within a dynamic retail environment? Public is actively seeking a talented and innovative Digital Creative Designer to join our team and significantly contribute to our brand's digital presence across all channels.

Responsibilities:

· Digital Asset Creation: Design high-quality graphics, banners, newsletters, and landing pages, maintaining brand consistency.

· Landing Page Optimization: Create and optimize landing pages to maximize conversions and visual appeal.

· Motion Graphics: Develop engaging animated and static assets for social media.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, E-commerce, Product, and Copywriting teams to support campaign objectives.

· Responsive Design: Ensure designs look great on all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

· Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends and technology, especially mobile and AI, proposing innovative solutions.

Requirements:

· Education: Degree in Graphic Design or related field; Master's degree a plus.

· Experience: 4-6 years as a Digital Designer, ideally in retail/e-commerce; portfolio required.

· Software: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Asana, Microsoft Office, Keynote; AI tools a plus.

· Technical Skills: Basic HTML, CSS, and web development understanding; knowledge of markup languages preferred.

· Design Expertise: Experience in environmental design and print is a plus.

· Creative Skills: Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and aesthetic sense.

· Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Communication: Excellent written and verbal English and Greek; collaborative and proactive team player.
