Join a dynamic retail environment where creativity meets innovation. We are seeking a seasoned digital design professional to contribute significantly to our brand's digital presence across all channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing high-quality graphics, banners, newsletters, and landing pages that maintain brand consistency
  • Creating and optimizing landing pages to maximize conversions and visual appeal
  • Developing engaging animated and static assets for social media
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, E-commerce, Product, and Copywriting teams to support campaign objectives
  • Ensuring designs look great on all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Education: Degree in Graphic Design or related field; Master's degree a plus
  • Experience: 4-6 years as a Digital Designer, ideally in retail/e-commerce; portfolio required
  • Software: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Asana, Microsoft Office, Keynote; AI tools a plus
  • Technical Skills: Basic HTML, CSS, and web development understanding; knowledge of markup languages preferred
  • Design Expertise: Experience in environmental design and print is a plus
  • Creative Skills: Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and aesthetic sense
  • Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English and Greek; collaborative and proactive team player
