Η ICAP Outsourcing Solutions αναζητά άτομα, που θα στελεχώσουν την θέση του εκπροσώπου εξυπηρέτησης πελατών στο τμήμα τεχνικής υποστήριξης κινητής.

H θέση Mobile Technical Support, αφορά κορυφαίο συνεργάτη της, στο χώρο των τηλεπικοινωνιών.

Αρμοδιότητες :

  • Τεχνική υποστήριξη υπηρεσιών κινητής τηλεφωνίας

  • Επίλυση προβλημάτων κινητών συσκευών σε όλα τα συστήματα (Android, iOS)

  • Συστηματική καταγραφή αιτημάτων και ενημέρωση πελατών για υποθέσεις σε διαδικασία επίλυσης

Απαράιτητα προσόντα:

Απολυτήριο Τεχνικού λυκείου/ ΙΕΚ/ΤΕΙ/AEI με κατεύθυνση στην Πληροφορική/Δίκτυα Υπολογιστών και Τηλεπικοινωνίες

  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη

  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία στον χώρο της τηλεφωνικής εξυπηρέτησης

  • Γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office και λειτουργικών συστημάτων και συνδεσιμότητας κινητής

  • Γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας σε προφορικό και γραπτό επίπεδο
