As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. Your friendly and solution-oriented approach will help ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless support experience.
Your Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality support to Polish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot any technical issues customers may encounter.
- Offer guidance on product features and assist customers in utilizing our services to their fullest potential.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to escalate complex issues and improve support processes.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
- Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple inquiries.
- A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn new skills.
