Front Office Agent

for season 2025

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome and escort guests to their rooms.
  • Manage the registration process and keep updated records and files.
  • Meet and exceed guests expectations by anticipating the services they might require and suggesting local venues.
  • Receive and handle payments c/in and c/out procedures in an efficient manner.
  • Receive calls and e-mails and respond to them appropriately.
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures and LHW, AmEx and Virtuoso service standards.
  • Work closely with all departments and ensure guests satisfaction at all times.

To be successful in this role, your experience should include:

  • 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • LHW or other 5-star international hotel vhain experience
  • degree in Hospitality/Tourism
  • computer literacy – MS Office
  • knowledge of Opera PMS
  • ability to converse in both Greek and English
  • customer oriented
  • strong team player and able to work under pressure
