Responsibilities
  • Ensure all our guests receive a warm welcome and professional check-in/out, following company's procedures and guidelines.
  • Dealing with inquiries and special requests.
  • Be proactive and anticipate guests needs.
  • Inform and keep track of housekeeping.
  • Provide an excellent guest experience.
  • Manage telephone reservations when necessary.
  • Perform shifts assigned tasks.
  • Establish excellent communication with other departments.
  • Maintain reception area well organized and clean.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:Requirements
  • 2 years' work experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in PMS Software
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Responsible and motivated
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills
