The Role

We are seeking a
Listings Advisor
to join our Athens team. This pivotal role is the backbone of our listing operations, ensuring that multi-million-euro properties are presented with accuracy, consistency, and the elevated standards our brand represents. Working alongside Greece's top Sales Associates, you will oversee the lifecycle of property listings, engage with owners, and help secure exclusivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, track, and update a portfolio of high-value listings across all digital and print channels.
  • Engage with property owners with professionalism and confidence, ensuring trust and credibility.
  • Support Sales Associates by preparing accurate reports, monitoring competition, and advising on price adjustments
  • Ensure listings reflect the brand's positioning in tone, visuals, and precision.
  • Proactively handle renewals, exclusivity conversions, and pricing discussions.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the sales team, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

What We're Looking For

  • University degree and proven record of academic or professional achievement
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong organisational discipline and comfort with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or another premium client-service environment is a strong plus
  • A polished, professional presence with outstanding communication skills
  • Integrity, discretion, and a collaborative spirit
