Technician Production & Packaging

Ο κάτοχος της θέσης θα αναφέρεται στον Manager του Τμήματος Συντήρησης Μηχανών Παραγωγής και Συσκευασίας, εξασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή λειτουργία του εξοπλισμού παραγωγής και συσκευασίας φαρμάκων, την εφαρμογή του πλάνου προληπτικής συντήρησης και την αντιμετώπιση και αποκατάσταση βλαβών του εξοπλισμού τηρώντας πάντα τους κανόνες GMPs και Υγιεινής και Ασφάλειας του εργοστασίου.

Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Παρακολουθεί και διασφαλίζει την εύρυθμη λειτουργία του μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού των χώρων Παραγωγής και Συσκευασίας του εργοστασίου Ενεσίμων που περιλαμβάνει παρασκευαστικές μηχανές και δίκτυα (αντλίες, εναλλάκτες θερμότητας, εγκαταστάσεις CIP/SIP), κλιβάνους αποστείρωσης, γεμιστικές μηχανές αμπουλών και φιαλιδίων, μηχανήματα ελέγχου και ακεραιότητας αμπουλών, συσκευαστικές μηχανές φιαλιδίων.

  • Εκτελεί και εφαρμόζει το πλάνο προληπτικής συντήρησης των μηχανών Παραγωγής και Συσκευασίας του Εργοστασίου, σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα και τις οδηγίες συντήρησης, ενημερώνοντας και τα απαραίτητα έντυπα συντήρησης.

  • Εξασφαλίζει την ομαλή λειτουργία και αποκατάσταση των μηχανών μετά από βλάβη. Εξετάζει τυχόν ενέργειες για την αποφυγή επαναληψιμότητας της βλάβης και ενημερώνει τον Προιστάμενο του για αυτές.

  • Συμμετέχει και υλοποιεί τις προτάσεις βελτίωσης λειτουργίας των μηχανών με σκοπό την εξασφάλιση/ βελτίωση της ποιότητας των παραγόμενων προϊόντων.

  • Φροντίζει για τις χωρίς καθυστερήσεις ολοκλήρωση των απαραίτητων ενεργειών ως προς τα "CAPA ACTIONS" όπως έχουν καταγραφεί στις αντίστοιχες λίστες.

  • Παρακολουθεί και ελέγχει την ύπαρξη ικανοποιητικής ποσότητας ανταλλακτικών στην αποθήκη και ενημερώνει τον Προιστάμενο του για την απαραίτητη προμήθεια αυτών..

  • Διαχειρίζεται τα τεχνικά εγχειρίδια του εξοπλισμού.

  • Φροντίζει για την ολοκλήρωση διορθωτικών / προληπτικών ενεργειών σε συνεννόηση με τον Προιστάμενο του και τον Διευθυντή του Τμήματος.

  • Ενημερώνει άμεσα τον Προϊστάμενο του για επισφαλείς καταστάσεις που αφορούν την Υγιεινή και Ασφάλεια εξοπλισμού και Προσωπικού του εργοστασίου.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ Μηχανολόγου ή Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού η Μηχανικού Αυτοματισμών.

  • Από 2- 5 χρόνια σε βιομηχανία. Προυπηρεσία σε βιομηχανία τροφίμων ή φαρμάκων θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν

  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών

  • Γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ

  • Ικανότητα αντίληψης βλαβών και troubleshooting

  • Kαλή γνώση μηχανολογικού σχεδίου ή/και ηλεκτρολογικού σχεδίου,

  • Iκανότητα διαχείρισης εναλλακτικών σχεδίων για την αποκατάσταση προβλημάτων.
