About the Role

On behalf of our client, a leading Greek engineering and construction group with nearly 30 years of experience, is looking for a
Site Engineer
to support a major
industrial construction project
. If you have hands-on experience in industrial sites and want to grow your career in a structured, high-quality environment, this role is for you.

Mechanical Site Engineer
will oversee construction, quality, and scheduling on a large-scale industrial project. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in industrial installations, hands-on project supervision experience, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily construction activities and monitor project progress
  • Ensure works meet technical specifications and quality standards
  • Manage materials, supplies, and resolve on-site issues
  • Oversee health & safety compliance and maintain an excellent worksite environment
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Conduct quantity take-offs, measurements, and prepare client/subcontractor accounts
  • Update ERP system with project orders and certifications

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in
    Mechanical Engineering
    (University or Technical University).
  • Minimum of
    5 years
    ' experience in industrial projects;
    experience in piping, ducting, industrial machinery installation, and fitting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in
    English language
    .
  • Computer literacy: MS Office, basic AutoCAD.
