Are you an experienced Chemical Engineer ready to make an impact in a dynamic food production environment?

Our client, a leading company in the aquafeed industry, is seeking a Production Process Manager to oversee, optimize, and continuously improve production processes, ensuring the smooth operation of the plant and the consistent quality of products.

Location: Corinthos
Reporting to: Plant Manager 


Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with product specifications
  • Adjust and control process parameters and equipment performance to maintain efficiency and product quality
  • Collaborate closely with the Production Management and Quality Control teams to optimize performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement process improvements
  • Analyze production data to identify opportunities for loss reduction, efficiency enhancement, and quality assurance
  • Participate in the training and guidance of production staff on technical procedures and safety practices
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protection standards within the production area.

Candidate profile: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is a must
  • Proven experience in industrial food production, ideally within the animal feed or aquafeed sector
  • Strong understanding of industrial equipment and automation systems
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems, production monitoring tools)

Skills:  

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
