Ο Όμιλος SOFMEDICA καινοτομεί στον χώρο της υγείας για πάνω από 30 χρόνια, δραστηριοποιούμενος σε χώρες της Ευρώπης (Ρουμανία, Ελλάδα, Ουγγαρία, Βουλγαρία, Κύπρο και Κροατία) σε τομείς όπως η καινοτόμος ιατρική τεχνολογία, η δια βίου εκπαίδευση, η παροχή ιατρικών υπηρεσιών για χρόνιες παθήσεις, οι εξειδικευμένες υπηρεσίες ιατρικής ακριβείας, καθώς και η ανάπτυξη ακινήτων στον τομέα της υγείας.

Τα τελευταία χρόνια, ο Όμιλος έχει επεκτείνει τη δραστηριότητά του στον τομέα του Real Estate, καθώς και στην ανάπτυξη κτιριακών υποδομών για επαγγελματική, εμπορική, οικιστική και τουριστική χρήση.

Στο πλαίσιο αυτής της συνεχούς ανάπτυξης, αναζητά επαγγελματία με τεχνικό προφίλ για τη θέση Technical Property Coordinator, ο οποίος θα υποστηρίζει το παρόν και μελλοντικό κτιριακό χαρτοφυλάκιο του Ομίλου σε Ελλάδα και Κύπρο.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Τεχνική υποστήριξη των υφιστάμενων κτιριακών υποδομών (επαγγελματικών, εκπαιδευτικών, τουριστικών και αστικών) σε Ελλάδα και Κύπρο.
  • Επίβλεψη και παρακολούθηση των διαδικασιών συντήρησης, διάγνωση τεχνικών προβλημάτων και έγκαιρη αποκατάστασή τους.
  • Εκσυγχρονισμός και βελτιστοποίηση της λειτουργικότητας των κτιριακών υποδομών.
  • Υποστήριξη στην ανάπτυξη νέων υποδομών.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ σχετικής τεχνικής ειδικότητας (Μηχανολόγος Μηχανικός, Πολιτικός Μηχανικός, Αρχιτέκτων Μηχανικός, Σχεδιαστής - Εργοδηγός Τεχνικών Υποδομών).
  • Τουλάχιστον 3 έτη εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης και επίλυσης τεχνικών προβλημάτων.
  • Διαθεσιμότητα για ταξίδια σε Ελλάδα και Κύπρο.
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά).
  • Καλή γνώση Η/Υ και σχεδιαστικών προγραμμάτων.
