Περιγραφή Θέσης

Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά Credit Controller για να ενταχθεί στο δυναμικό της Οικονομικής Διεύθυνσης. Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την αποτελεσματική παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση των πελατών πίστωσης, τη συμφωνία των υπολοίπων τους και την έγκαιρη είσπραξη, συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη διασφάλιση της ρευστότητας και της χρηματοοικονομικής υγείας της εταιρείας.

Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποστήριξη του Τμήματος Λογιστηρίου σε καθημερινές οικονομικές λειτουργίες
  • Παρακολούθηση και συμφωνία μηνιαίων καταστάσεων πελατών πίστωσης
  • Συλλογή οφειλόμενων υπολοίπων και επίλυση διαφορών σε συνεργασία με πελάτες και εσωτερικά τμήματα
  • Έλεγχος και καταχώρηση καταθέσεων πελατών
  • Οργάνωση και τήρηση επικαιροποιημένων αρχείων πελατών
  • Διασφάλιση ότι τηρούνται οι καθορισμένες προθεσμίες για τηνν επεξεργασία των στοιχείων και την παραγωγή αναφορών (reporting)
  • Υποστήριξη στην ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή πολιτικών πίστωσης και εσωτερικών διαδικασιών.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα & Δεξιότητες

  • Πτυχίο σε Οικονομικά, Λογιστική ή σχετικό αντικείμενο.
  • Τουλάχιστον 2 έτη εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση (Credit Control, Λογιστήριο, Οικονομική Διεύθυνση)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Office
  • Άριστη γνώση Excel)
  • Εμπειρία σε ERP συστήματα· η γνώση SAP θα προσμετρηθεί
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά).
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης προθεσμιών και εργασίας υπό πίεση.
  • Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας και συνεργασίας με διαφορετικά τμήματα.
