The
People Services Specialist
is responsible to ensure that business needs are translated into various system/BSO actions by executing People Services requests through the usage of systems like SAP HR and to safeguard that such actions are well integrated throughout the multiple business systems allowing business to run efficiently.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Economics, or related field
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • At least one year of business-related experience, preferably with customer service background
  • Proficient knowledge of MS office suite
  • Knowledge around employment legislation in Greece and Cyprus is desirable
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
  • Teamwork competency with ability to cross-functionally collaborate, communicate effectively and influence stakeholders

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Resolve queries in a timely and appropriate manner, maintaining good customer relationships and high levels of service, constantly improving the day-to-day experience of People Services processes for the business stakeholders
  • Establish partnership relationships with People & Culture team, Line Managers and Employees
  • Be the person of contact for BU People & Culture team, Line Managers and Employees to address people services queries
  • Use business process software to support the People Services actions through SSF and SAP HR systems so and make productive use of technology tools and systems, to ensure effective service delivery and accurate data management
  • Ensure supporting documentation needed for daily processing of all processes in scope, is signed according to local legal requirements and maintain the employee file according to the local legal requirements
  • Agree priorities within team and meet and exceed agreed KBIs and SLAs
  • Ensure compliance with CCHBC policies, access rights controls and legal requirements both in Greece and Cyprus
  • Lead the identification of bottlenecks and process deviations and recommend solutions
  • Provide required reporting & documentation to internal stakeholders
  • Perform other job relevant tasks
