Position Overview
We are seeking a Credit Relationship Support Officer, to join our Private Banking Lending team. You will be responsible to support the daily operations of the PB Lending Team, in operational and procedural matters. General knowledge of both lending/loans and investments is required.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Support Credit Relationship Managers with credit proposals and coordinate the preparation of loan agreements.
• Review the completeness of loan and pledge agreements before client signing, monitor the progress of all loan requests, and keep clients informed accordingly.
• Manage after-sales client requests across jurisdictions (e.g., prepayments, collateral/pricing amendments) and handle the collection of financial and legal data for new loans and renewals.
• Maintain credit limits expiration lists and oversee insurance requirements for pledged assets, including follow-ups and client communication.
• Administer signed documentation for all jurisdictions and manage all processes related to Private Banking's Premium Platinum Mastercard.
• Manage collateral, monitor MIS production, and prepare ad hoc reports.

You Will Be a Great Candidate If You

• Have at least 2 years of work experience in the banking industry, preferably with at least 1 year of experience as a Mortgage and/or SB Loan Officer.
• Possess good knowledge of English (both written and verbal communication).
• Are focused on self-development and continuous learning.

• Have Proficiency of the MS Office suite.
