About the Position:

As a Travel Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary contact for customers seeking help with bookings, travel questions, or troubleshooting. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will ensure a smooth experience for travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and document customer inquiries and issues via toll-free phone lines.
  • Accurately record customer questions, feedback, and inquiries in the service system.
  • Handle complaints according to company procedures, ensuring proper logging.
  • Resolve support calls and emails within agreed timeframes, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Diagnose issues using open-ended questions, reference materials, and system training.
  • Offer solutions and suggestions to address common concerns and frequently asked questions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in travel or call centers.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely.
