Με τι θα ασχοληθώ;

Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για τη διαχείριση του πλήρους κύκλου ζωής των εργαζομένων , από τη διαδικασία προσέλκυσης και ένταξης στην εταιρεία έως και την αποχώρησή τους. Στόχος της θέσης είναι η ενίσχυση της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του Τμήματος Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού και της εταιρείας συνολικά, με έμφαση στην οργάνωση, την αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία και την υποστήριξη τόσο εσωτερικών όσο και εξωτερικών συνεργασιών.

Πιο συγκεκριμένα:

  • Διαχείριση αρχείων προσωπικού, όπως συμβάσεις, παρουσίες, άδειες και υπερωρίες.
  • Υλοποίηση διαδικασιών προσλήψεων και αποχωρήσεων προσωπικού.
  • Παρακολούθηση και καταγραφή ωραρίων εργασίας.
  • Ενημέρωση και τήρηση των κανονισμών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στον χώρο εργασίας.
  • Υποστήριξη της διοίκησης με τη σύνταξη αναφορών και στατιστικών σχετικών με το προσωπικό.
  • Επικοινωνία με το προσωπικό και διαχείριση θεμάτων που αφορούν την εργασία τους.

Τι χρειάζεται να έχεις:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ, ΤΕΙ ή ΙΕΚ στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά ή σε συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία 1-3 ετών σε τμήμα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας.
  • Άριστη γνώση του MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά).
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και συνέπειας στην τήρηση διαδικασιών και χρονοδιαγραμμάτων.
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες.
  • Διακριτικότητα και εχεμύθεια στη διαχείριση προσωπικών δεδομένων και ευαίσθητων πληροφοριών.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών υπό πίεση, με προσανατολισμό στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και ευγένεια στην επικοινωνία με εργαζόμενους και συνεργάτες.
