Join the Digital Experiences Team as an Associate Product Owner, where you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of impactful digital solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination, backlog management, and efficient execution of product-related tasks.

Your day to day will include:

  • Managing content and performing time-sensitive data entry tasks across digital platforms
  • Supporting the Product Owners' team in daily activities, backlog management and coordination tasks
  • Supporting testing cycles and reporting deviations and risks
  • Monitoring the operational efficiency of assigned solutions and escalating issues when needed
  • Participating in the segmentation, planning and prioritisation of Product Backlog Items
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to enhance communication and maintain common goals
  • Cooperating with development teams to contribute to the design of suitable and time-efficient applications
  • Gathering feedback from stakeholders to support backlog refinement
     

What you need to succeed:

  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant field
  • Up to 3 years of experience in digital product development or functional/technical analysis
  • Basic understanding of the digital ecosystem, digital functions and relevant applications
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence or MS Project
  • Exposure to the software development lifecycle and collaboration with suppliers or business teams
  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in low-code tools/environments
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Exposure to agile methodology and willingness to grow in agile practices
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to understand the different layers of a product (business, application, infrastructure, network) with guidance
