Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Owner. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing backlog items, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality products. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, driving value and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing
Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy to stakeholders and teams.Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to inform product decisions.Monitor product performance and gather feedback to continuously improve features and functionality.Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective agile processes.What You'll Bring
4+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related field.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product delivery with minimal guidance.How We Support Your Growth
