Η Monolead ψάχνει Supervisor για την Sales Team
Είμαστε η Monolead, ένα δυνατό call center στον χώρο Health & Beauty (συμπληρώματα διατροφής) και μεγαλώνουμε δυναμικά σε όλη την Κεντρική & Ανατολική Ευρώπη.
Τώρα χρειαζόμαστε έναν ενεργητικό leader, που ξέρει να εμπνέει την ομάδα και να σπάει ρεκόρ στις πωλήσεις
Τι θα κάνεις:
Θα καθοδηγείς το sales team και θα το βοηθάς να πετυχαίνει στόχους·
Θα παρακολουθείς KPIs και θα ανεβάζεις τα αποτελέσματα·
Θα εκπαιδεύεις, θα υποστηρίζεις και θα δίνεις κίνητρο στους agents·
Θα φέρνεις ιδέες για να γινόμαστε συνεχώς καλύτεροι.
Τι θέλουμε από εσένα:
Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών + ρωσικών ή αγγλικών·
Προϋπηρεσία ως supervisor/ομαδάρχης σε call center (ιδανικά σε πωλήσεις)·
Ηγετικές ικανότητες, αυτοπεποίθηση και drive·
Διάθεση να φέρνεις αποτελέσματα, όχι απλά να «τσεκάρεις κουτάκια».
